1、 Application fields:

2、 Usage:

Relatively speaking, the higher the parameter is, the better the crack resistance effect is. Different parameters are selected according to the requirements of the project. Fiber plays a role of reinforcement in concrete. The fiber itself is an inert material and will not react with other concrete / mortar components and admixtures. The parameters of the fiber will not change the ratio of the original concrete / mortar, and there is no special requirement for the performance indexes of various aggregates.

1. Feeding sequence and method: when in use, the fiber, sand, stone and other aggregates are added at the same time, and then the water is added to mix. It is better to mix the fiber in the sand and stone while adding the sand and stone.

2. Fiber concrete mixing: the mixing time is about 30 seconds longer than that of the concrete without fiber, so as to ensure that the fiber can be evenly mixed in the concrete. (it is not necessary to extend the mixing time of commercial concrete mixing plant for high dispersive products)

3. Special mortar and other products that need to be premixed can be premixed together with other powders and then mixed together with powders.

3、 Reference parameters:

Add 0.6-0.8kg fiber per cubic meter of concrete, and select 12-19mm.

Add 0.9-1.2kg fiber size 6-19mm per cubic meter of mortar with thick plastering layer, and 6-10mm for mortar with thin plastering layer (the original ratio of concrete / mortar is unchanged)

4、 Strength test

The addition of fiber will not affect the strength of concrete, but the strength test of fiber concrete shall be carried out for the determined concrete mix proportion before the use of each project.

5、 Slump adjustment

Because of the thickening effect of the fiber, the addition of the fiber will increase the viscosity of the concrete mixture and slightly reduce the slump.

Each project needs different slump, so adjust the slump by experiment before using the project. If the slump can not meet the construction requirements, do not increase the amount to increase the slump, but properly use plasticizer or water reducer to improve the slump to meet the construction requirements.

6、 Finish pressing

The primary surface pressing shall be carried out immediately after the concrete is discharged from the formwork, and the secondary surface pressing shall be completed before the completion of the initial setting of the concrete. In addition, steel or iron trowel shall be used as much as possible when pressing the surface. If the wood is not smooth enough, the fiber will be hooked out.

7、 Forming and maintenance

Concrete mixed with fiber does not need special care when forming, but it should be fully vibrated. It is not allowed to relax the early maintenance of concrete by adding fiber.

8、 Special instructions and precautions for use:

Fiber is only used as the "secondary reinforcement" of concrete. Its main function is to suppress the concrete cracks, improve the basic impermeability of concrete, and extend the service life of concrete, rather than the "main structural stress reinforcement". It can not be used as structural reinforcement material, but as a secondary reinforcement. Structural reinforcing materials (such as reinforcing bars) cannot be replaced. Do not use it alone to solve the situation of settlement and strong external force impact. Do not reduce the size of the main structure due to the use of fibers. The construction and maintenance of the used fiber shall be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant national specifications and practices.

9、 Package specification:
